RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ CANCELLEATIONS
RETURNS
- If you are unhappy with your product, we can offer a replacement provided the product is returned in its original condition intact with tags and its original packaging.
- The exchange will not be accepted on damaged, used or stained items.
- If you find anything damaged in shipping/ transit – Please, reach out to us at – orders@shairafashions.com
- The information regarding the damage or returns must be sent out to us within a period of 48 hours (2 days) from the time of receipt of the product.
- We have a 7 days (1 week) exchange policy and we reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after 7 days.
- Sale/Discounted products are final sales and not eligible for return, refunds or exchange.
- Returns/Exchange will not be accepted on custom size orders.
- We recommend you obtain the proof of return shipment (shipment should be trackable). We will not accept the responsibility of packages lost/damaged in transit. Cost of return shipment has to be borne by the customer. Once our Quality Control team is satisfied with the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Henceforth, we will initiate the process of refunds/replacements, as applicable.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at orders@shairafashions.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Please mention your order number and “CANCELLATION” in the subject.
*Please note that the returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations will not be accepted by us on any products purchased from other locations such as retail stores, exhibitions or other websites.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please provide complete address with P.O.Box, Pin and a valid contact number.
- The courier agent will only make 3 attempts for delivery after which the product is returned to us. To make another delivery attempt, there will be an additional shipping charge.
